Venho aqui apresentar um trabalho de grande extremamente interessante. Já havíamos apresentado aqui o trabalho do projeto norte americado A DEATH CINEMATIC, este que é de uma elegância extremamente singular.

Por trás disto a mente que projeta estes sons também se dedica a escrever, e desta forma criou uma página onde são postados seus escritos.

Mostra como fluem as idéias daquele que criou o A.D.C. que mais uma vez faz um excelente trabalho!

Simple Box Construction- Label (USA)

Simple Box Construction se trata de uma forma única de criar   discos e formas... Não se pode por isso entre tantos outros rótulos de discos, pois toda a forma extremamente pessoal, como as produções aqui nascem, merecem destaque e respeito.

Uma iniciativa original que cria magníficas artes de disco, em especial do excelente e já apresentado nessas páginas A DEATH CINEMATIC. Além do primoroso som deste projeto ter nas mãos um desses discos tem um toque de luxo e satisfação para quem o adquire. E tudo é feito por um homem apenas!

Welcome to simple box construction. this is the official launch of simpleboxconstruction.com as a site. for now and into the foreseeable future this blogger page is the official site. here is where you can find most recent news on the latest a death cinematic releases and related projects in progress. as well as any information about past releases and events. here is also where you can purchase any and all the related merchandise. look to the right and you'll find the tiny simple box construction shop. this is quite a busy time for a death cinematic and simple box construction. production on several new visual and audio projects is in full swing. in the coming months there will be a lot going on and coming out. a death cinematic is about to start recording new material for several split releases and exclusive compilation tracks. simple box construction is fabricating some new editions and covers, information and photos on these is below in this post. a death cinematic has done a couple of interviews with hammer smashed sound (you can read it here) and slow burn webzine (will be posted shortly). any day now the split with a death cinematic and hemingway should be out on dead accent records. also, in the very near future simple box construction will have a mailing list, more details on that coming soon.

A Death Cinematic - A parable on the aporia of vengeance and the beauty of impenetrable sadness (USA) Review

Eu levei certo tempo para digerir esse trabalho do A Death Cinematic, desde que esse material chegou em minha a casa há algumas semanas...

Sem dúvidas o primeiro impacto é o visual do disco em si, não se pode negar

também que o preço que é cobrado por esse disco é muito baixo, pois eu tenho

em minha casa muitos discos de grandes distribuidoras cuja qualidade do material

não se iguala a este disco do A.D.C.

Nesse ponto eu não irei me estender deixarei
que aqueles que comprem o disco tenho essa magnífica supressa quando tiverem ele em mãos.
Em relação ao som... Limpo, ambientes claros, uma guitarra que se distancia da
vida em sua morte cinematográfica, em alguns momentos mais densos em outros mais
suaves, tudo se mistura em uma teia de sons que no fim resulta em um trabalho
muito bem construído.

Esse é um disco não apenas para fãs de Drone, Ambiente ou Experimentalismo, mas também
a todos aquele que apreciam inovações de qualidade, com uma nobre criatividade de
produção e elaboração temática.
Este é um trabalho muito bem cuidado e minucioso que deve está na coleção de todos
os apreciadores da boa música.

Enfim, uma data concreta para esse lançamento, os atrasos nisso se devem ao fato de toda essa obra ter sido feita praticamente a mão, e realmente um trabalho extraordinário de exforço exemplar e sem duvidas vale apena ter isso em mão, sem contar claro, que o  A Death Cinematic executa um som magnífico!

O trabalho estará liberado em 21 de Janeiro de 2010!

Here is some technical info about the great release:

The two cdrs are professionally duplicated, printed, and uv and water resistant coated.to date this is the most elaborate hand fabricated packaging and the largest edition that simple box construction has done. limited to an edition of 250 copies with 50 promotional copies.
the cover consists of a chipboard "arigato" box that includes hand heat transfered images and a hand printed lino cut print. the inside and part of the outside text is hand printed xerox transfer with a small hand stamped "X". the outside of the box is sprayed with an acrylic coating. inside the cardboard box is a hand built gatefold made out of two envelopes and western red cedar veneer. the envelopes are hand stamped with song titles and the veneer is hand printed color xerox transfer. more detail images can be viewed in the simple box construction album for this release.
